Ordinary Vxxtorreans can spend months or years traveling between clan homelands and their Sol Marine fortresses. Most inhabitants are not Sol Marines. The scale of everyday life is part of the story.
The original dictionary says “the size of five Jupiters.” It does not define a mass, radius, diameter or volume. These cinematic comparisons do not invent that missing measurement.Homelands separated by a world.
Vxxtorrea is filled with mountainous jungle islands and immense oceans. Its Blaxskn homeland combines Texxaarn traditions with tropical island life. The Lauxtskn inhabit swamp and bayou networks. The Auaxskn hold the remote Southern Polar region, where the climate ranges from freezing to temperate.
The homeland markers in the opening are a cinematic orientation, not surveyed coordinates. The important geographical truth is the distance: these are not three neighboring countries separated by a short road.
A still place inside the storm.
The planet exists within a protected void surrounded by the Warp. Tyvien's unmatched energy and power shelter it. In the creator's account, Vxxtorrea has never been invaded and remains beyond its enemies' reach.
It has its own temporal domain and unusual movement through time. Some wonder whether its people belong to humanity's past, its future, or both. The website preserves those questions rather than supplying a false resolution.
Vennixx is not a gentle destination.
The Working Dictionary describes Vennixx as a moon the size of most planets, assaulted by earthquakes, hurricanes, rain and murderous heat. It is the place of origin of the Vyper Liions.
Breeding on Vxxtorrea eventually requires novel genes from the moon. Returning for them is a perilous undertaking. Beneath its surface, the working story places an ancient signal; above that hidden source, MOM listens.
The Southern Chain.
Volcanic islands, steep faces, swift deep water and unprepared travelers facing unforgiving terrain. The Southern Chain holds garrison posts turned toward the boundary.
At its western post, Roux, Vael and their companions see the boundary behave in a way their manuals cannot explain. Here the vast cosmology becomes a human-scale question: what do you do when something on the other side is trying to speak?
A world with its own rhythm.
The public planetary description gives a solar year of five hundred days, with sunlight on four hundred fifty-five of them. It also describes the inhabitants' resilience to extreme heat and intense radiation.
The creator's later account expands the people beyond the original short list of skin tones, including the full range of the Auaxskn. The broader and more recent description is used throughout this site.
